GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

If you currently have an account balance or pending withdrawals, please contact us for instructions on how to proceed with our bonuses and promotions. The following limitations apply for all casino promotions unless otherwise specified:

1. Minimum wagering requirements must be met before bonuses can be applied to your casino account or withdrawn. If you don't reach the wagering requirements but still wish to have the bonus credited to your casino account, simply email support@slotsplus.com or use our live chat option to submit your request. You will be granted the bonus in full. (For those cases in which wagering requirements are not yet met when the bonus is credited, remaining requirements will be applied at cash out.)
2. Only verifiable casino accounts with valid email and home addresses will be credited. The company reserves the right to request verification of your identity at any time.
3. No promotions may be combined, unless otherwise specified.
4. Casino promotions run for a limited time and may be discontinued without notice.
5. Limit one bonus per person, IP address, family, household and/or group. Winnings derived from casino promotions or bonus money on accounts considered 'duplicates' (additional accounts per person or household) will be considered invalid. The Casino reserves the right to deduct the bonus from the player's balance at its discretion. 7. Wagers in any form of BLACKJACK, 21, PONTOON, VIDEO POKER, CARIBBEAN HOLD'EM  and any form of CRAPS, BACCARAT, ROULETTE or SICBO are not applicable toward the minimum wagering requirements UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED. Bonus money cannot be wagered in any form of Roulette. Roulette winnings derived from bonus money are invalid and will be voided.
8. Deposits are not eligible for bonuses whenever there are pending or approved withdrawals coming from or produced by that specific deposit.
